The kid sister of Margo Merdena, and youngest of Slate Merdena's twelve daughters, Vespa is a loose cannon – quite literally! When her rebellious nature started causing problems for the family business, her father sent her out into the ash wastes. This turned out to be a wasted effort, as no sooner had Vespa arrived in Cinderak City than she fell in with a crowd of outland Orlocks and began raiding convoys all across the Great Equatorial Wastes – perhaps in an effort to impress her older sister, the Road Boss.

As a concession to Vespa's wild nature, Slate sent one of his old crew, Big Pete Plainsman, to look out for his little girl. Of course, it didn't take very long for Vespa to wrap the old ganger around her little finger, and now Pete regularly drives her quad while Vespa hangs off the back laying down barrages with her belt-fed rocket launcher, 'Mischief'. Pete’s an exceptional driver – when sober – throwing himself between danger and his precocious charge should the need arise.

This multipart kit builds one Vepsa 'Minx' Merdena, riding atop a customised Orlock outrider quad. Minx is a fantastic addition to any Orlock gang operating in the ash wastes. Not only do you get another, tougher quad with better driver skills, but ‘Mischief’, Vespa's custom rocket launcher, is a versatile and deadly weapon that can take on anything your gang might encounter. Big Pete keeps them moving forward at full speed, or pulls risky manoeuvres to get into tight spots, while Vespa drops enemy fighters with impunity.

The kit comprises 68 resin and plastic components, with which you can assemble Vespa, her quad, and Pete, and is supplied with a Citadel 90mm Oval Base. This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel paints.

A profile card for Vespa 'Minx' Merdena is included in the construction booklet for this miniature. Rules for using vehicles in games of Necromunda can be found in the Necromunda: Book of the Outlands supplement, as well as the Necromunda: Ash Wastes construction booklet.
