The Iron Hands are a Legion of cold-hearted cybernetic enforcers, their technological prowess unmatched by any other. The X Legion have an unusually close relationship with the Machine Cult, sharing its disdain for organic weakness and affinity for technology – bionic augmentation is common amongst these Legionaries, and their armour often incorporates the layered segments and cog-tooth motifs associated with the Mechanicum.
This upgrade kit can be used to customise Legionaries from the MKVI Tactical Squad set with new heads, trading out the standard beaked helmets for layered face plates similar to Techmarines. The kit includes nine helmeted heads in three different designs, as well as two heads designed for Sergeants – one bare head with extensive augmetic enhancements, and one helm with a transverse crest in a toothed gear design. Spread these components around your army to add some X Legion flavour, or outfit entire squads for an elite, unified look.
This upgrade kit comprises 11 resin components and is designed to be assembled with the MKVI Tactical Squad set, which is sold separately. These components are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Colour paints.
